Bob's new Blog
Today I started a new Blog where I will post items dealing with foundational teachings in the Christian faith, as well as thoughts along a spiritual vein that, frankly, constantly run through my little pea brain. You are all welcome to come and look anytime. Today I have a post that remembers Harry from 9 years ago. The blog is called 2 Timothy 2:1-2 and you can find it at http://boblabarge.blogspot.com.

Nice email Bob. I too thought of dad on the 17th. Marilyn, Tanya and I did our annual Christmas shopping trip. We talked about dad and how fast the nine years have gone.
I can't imagine how different it would be without the Christian upbringing that I had. I see in Marilyn and Tanya the difference. I know they are "sick" of me" declaring my Christian views so I did not. I think now is time for them to search for themselves and find the answers from another source. I pray that they do find what is missing by not having the peace of Jesus every day even during the most trying of times. It is just too wonderful to know God is with us. I am eagerly waiting for your wise "nuggets". I will pray for wisdom for you from God. How much we have all grown since dad left us physically. Spiritually the fire is still burning bright. Jill

Side bar from Jill...she did not go shopping with Tanya Johnson! If she did, she would have purchased me a few very nice things, humm, maybe I can get in on this and you can share your views with me all you like! :o)
Bob, I really like your blog spot. I've posted it in my favorites and will continue to read! I'm sure my Dad will have a few comments to share as well! :o)
